Meetings and scheduling

Purpose of this app.

Restaurant Media Group OS is a private web application operated by Restaurant Media Group for its restaurant and hospitality clients. It gives each client one secure place to complete marketing onboarding, submit forms and brand assets, schedule meetings, message their Client Success team, and track progress from kickoff through launch.

Who can use it
Accounts are provisioned by Restaurant Media Group for contracted clients and authorized staff. There is no open public registration.
Sign-in and permissions
Google Sign-In authenticates invited users. Google Calendar is optional, for staff who connect a calendar to enable scheduling.
How Restaurant Media Group OS uses Google user data
When you sign in with Google, Restaurant Media Group OS receives your name, email address, and profile picture solely to authenticate your identity and display your account within the portal. If a staff member connects Google Calendar, the app reads calendar events to display scheduling information. Google user data is never used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose other than providing the features described above. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
